Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

You can cancel your subscription by going to the subscriptions section in the members' area. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will gladly cancel it for you.

Do I get access to any new releases?

Yes. As long as you have an active subscription you will gain access to all our new releases. We bring new tracks to the site each day.

Do preview files come with voice tags?

No, all active subscriptions are able to download the high-quality preview files without watermarking to voice tags.

Can I keep my downloaded tracks or license after my subscription has ended?

Yes sure, you still keep your license until you reach the license limitation or the license term is expires. You have to strictly follow the licenses agreement term.

Can I modify or re-structure the track I've downloaded?

If you downloaded the tracks as Preview files, you are not permitted to edit or modify them. If you downloaded the track with a license, however, you are free to do whatever you want with it.

Can i re-sell or transfer my download files to someone?

No! You are not allowed to re-sell the beats or transfer your license rights to the beats to a third person. We reserve the right to take legal action or pursue financial compensation as a result of any breach or violation of the copyright policy.

Can I get a refund?

No. Sorry, the nature of digital media, licensing means that once you have downloaded a track or license there’s really no way to return it.
